For a number of years plastic blast media products have been commonly used in the surface preparation of delicate painted components, deburring of machined die cast parts and for deflashing of thermoset moulded parts.
Using the proven thermoplastic extrusion expertise within the JWH Group, Novare Solutions has been able to develop a manufacturing process that enables the production and supply of thermoplastic blasting media.

An environmentally acceptable alternative to chemical stripping reagents and a fast alternative to hand stripping, thermoplastic blasting media is completely non-abrasive. Through careful material selection of thermoplastic material, a media grade is available that will allow surface treatments to be effectively removed without damaging the substrate.

Standard products are supplied in 25kgs moisture proof sacks.
Standard colours for polyamide media materials are red and natural, whilst polycarbonate media materials are available in white and natural.
