Small lot compounding and packaging
Novare Solutions was approached by a major European integrated Polymer Manufacturer who wished to cut out four specific 'tail end' specialist PA66 products from its manufacturing facility in Germany.
Continual cleandowns were reducing plant throughputs on large extruders and the customer wished to turnover these machines to higher added value 'core' products. However, their problem was that they still needed to offer these four 'tail end products' as part of an overall package to their customers.

Novare Solutions rapidly provided the answer. Within a short period, extensive trials were carried out. These revealed the need for additional specialist equipment to be installed to enable customer specifications to be met. This was rapidly designed, installed and commissioned on a fast track basis by our Engineering team.
The customer had the first product less than three months later and has now stopped producing this material in house using for longer run 'core materials'.
This service is offered to all thermoplastic compounders whether an integrated producer or an independent polymer compounder of olefinic, styrenic or engineering materials.
