Our specialist unit is capable of mechanically removing oversize (and undersize) granules from reject polymers and in conjunction with other facilities, for example; drying, optical separation and blending, can return reject materials to saleable products.
Opportunities therefore exist to increase production yields.
Reject material from 'shaker screens' can mount up and invariably contain a level of 'grade one' material. This product can be recovered and returned to grade one status.
Material rejected due to oversize can be screened and inspected and returned confidently to saleable product.
