In order to meet the increasing demands of polymer processors, manufacturers of modern polymer materials must maintain the consistency and reliability of the products they supply.
Two key requirements of any manufactured polymer or compound are:
• Minimum variability
• The ability to be used without any pre-preparation
Often materials can be produced to the very high technical specifications that are required of modern polymer applications only to find that simple issues like blending and moisture ingress lead to material rejection.

Drying
At Novare Solutions we have a range of dedicated drying equipment capable of undertaking a range of drying requirements on batches of material from 50 Kg to 15tonnes.
Drying facilities range from conventional hot air to fully contained desiccant regenerated systems in a range of sizes that are capable of drying the most hydroscopic polymers to moisture levels below 0.05%.
